Moving to a new phone

In Settings, choose Export everything. Keep the ZIP file somewhere safe, then use Import a backup on your new phone. Your archive is stored locally, so it does not automatically appear on another device.

Restoring Complete

Use Restore purchases on the Complete screen while signed into the store account that bought it. Apple and Google purchases belong to their respective stores.

Reminders and widgets

Allow notifications in your phone’s settings and choose a reminder time in KeepWhy. Open the app periodically to refresh upcoming reminders. Widgets require Complete.

Deleting your data

Choose Clear this device in Settings and follow the confirmation. Export a backup first if you want to keep a copy. KeepWhy has no account to delete.
