Withdrawal & refunds
KeepWhy is being prepared for distribution through the Apple App Store and Google Play. This website has no checkout or direct purchase facility.
Store purchases
The contracting parties, consumer information and store terms identified during checkout and in your purchase confirmation govern your store purchase. General website information cannot replace the notice specific to that transaction.
To review a store purchase or request a refund, use Apple’s purchase support or Google Play’s refund help. These support routes do not limit your statutory claims.
Digital content and withdrawal
A statutory right of withdrawal for paid digital content does not end merely because the product is an app or a one-time purchase. Early expiry requires the statutory conditions to be met, including express consent to early delivery, acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal, and the required contract confirmation. See Section 356 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
This website does not obtain such consent. We do not make blanket statements that refunds are unavailable or all purchases are final.
Help with a purchase
If you are unsure who to contact, email info@sydacos.com with the subject “KeepWhy Purchase”. Name the store and describe the issue. Do not send full payment details or passwords. We will help direct your enquiry.
You may also send a formal notice addressed to us by post to sydacos GmbH, Hasenböge 17, 21514 Klein Pampau, Germany. Whether we are the appropriate recipient depends on your specific contract.
