Information about KeepWhy, its free features and the optional Complete purchase. Purchases cannot currently be made through this website.
1. Product and provider
KeepWhy is a product of sydacos GmbH. The app helps you save links, images and notes with a personal reason and rediscover an older item each day. The iOS and Android releases are being prepared; the applicable device and operating-system requirements will appear in each store listing.
2. Complete and store purchases
Saving, your daily card, the archive, and export and import are included in the free core. Complete is planned as an optional one-time purchase adding search, widgets, supported on-device voice input, themes, Toss Review and card customization. It is not a subscription.
Before you buy, the relevant store displays the applicable total price and purchase terms. The contracting parties and terms identified in the specific store offer apply. This information page does not replace your purchase confirmation or statutory pre-contractual information.
A purchase is associated with the relevant store account. An Apple purchase does not automatically become a Google Play purchase. Use “Restore purchase” with the matching store account to restore access. The app uses the entitlement reported by the store; an imported archive file does not replace proof of purchase.
3. Local data and use
You choose which contents to save and share. Respect the applicable rights in other people’s content and personal data. KeepWhy does not independently rewrite or publish your reasons.
KeepWhy does not provide its own cloud backup. Export your archive before changing devices, deleting app data or resetting your device. An export is a separate copy; deleting data in the app does not delete that copy. External link availability and local reminder delivery also depend on the relevant providers and system settings.
4. Your statutory rights
Statutory consumer rights, including those relating to defective digital products, required updates and any applicable right of withdrawal, remain unaffected. Describing Complete as a one-time purchase does not limit these rights.
