SAVING IS ONLY THE BEGINNING

You meant to try it.
Then life happened.

A week later, the link is buried and the reason is gone. KeepWhy saves that reason with it, then brings it back. You get another chance to follow through.

01 / SAVE
A link, a photo,
a passing thought.

Catch the intention.

Bring a link, image or note into KeepWhy from your phone’s share menu, or add it in the app.

02 / SAY WHY
“Make this for
the hallway.”

Remember why you cared.

Every keep needs a short reason. “Cook this with Sam on Sunday” gives a recipe meaning that its title alone can’t.

03 / COME BACK
Something worth
another look.

Use it. Keep it. Let it go.

One older keep returns each day, with your reason attached. Mark it done, keep it for another time, or toss it if it no longer matters. One decision, then you’re done.

A FEW THINGS WORTH COMING BACK TO

Small saves.
Actual possibilities.

A link, a photo, a passing thought. These everyday examples show how your own words can turn a saved thing into something worth revisiting.

A PLACE TO GO

A lakeside walking route

YOUR REASON

Take Dad here. Mostly flat, with a café halfway.

Turn a saved route into an afternoon together.

SOMETHING TO MAKE

A photo of a hallway shelf

YOUR REASON

Try this above the shoes. Measure the wall first.

Give that home idea a first step.

A GIFT IDEA

A handmade blue mug

YOUR REASON

For Lea. The same blue as her kitchen tiles.

Remember the person behind the product link.

SOMETHING TO READ

An article about saying no

YOUR REASON

I keep filling my weekends. Read this when I have a quiet moment.

Come back to the question you wanted to think about.

AN IDEA OF YOUR OWN

A little thought on the train

YOUR REASON

Ask Grandma to tell me how she met Grandpa. Record it together.

Let a passing thought become a conversation.

SOMETHING TO LET GO

A pottery course

YOUR REASON

I thought I wanted another hobby this winter.

Changed your mind? Toss it. You don’t owe every saved idea your time.

One of your keeps returns each day. You choose what happens next.

WHY NOT JUST USE A NOTES APP?

Your notes hold the idea.
KeepWhy helps you revisit it.

You can write a reason in a note and set a reminder to review it. KeepWhy puts those steps into one small daily ritual.

SAVED AS A NOTE

“Lemon pasta recipe”

A useful place to keep the link. Coming back to it is a habit you arrange yourself.

There when you look for it.

SAVED WITH KEEPWHY

“Cook this with Sam on Sunday.”

Later, it’s your daily card—with that reason right there. Make dinner. Mark it done. Or let it go.

A reason. A return. A decision.

Keep your notes app for writing, lists and projects. Use KeepWhy for the things you save and rarely revisit.

A PRIVATE LITTLE CORNER

Your reasons.
Your business.

Exactly what happens to your data
01

Your archive stays with you.

02

No audience. No algorithmic feed.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT WONDER

Good questions.

Can’t I do this in my notes app?

Yes. You can write down why you saved something and build your own review routine. KeepWhy makes those steps part of the app: a required reason, one older keep each day, and a simple keep, done or toss decision. If your current routine already works, you may not need another app.

Will this become another backlog?

Your archive can grow, but your daily view stays at one card. You don’t have to work through a list or catch up on everything. Tossing something you no longer want is part of the ritual, too.

Can I download it now?

Not yet. KeepWhy is being prepared for iOS and Android. Store links will appear here when the apps are available.

Does it sync between my devices?

No. Your archive lives on your device. Export a ZIP backup and import it on another phone when you want to move your keeps.

Do I need Complete for the daily ritual?

No. Saving, your daily card, the archive, and backup export/import are free. Complete adds the extras listed above.

Does voice input use the cloud?

KeepWhy requests on-device recognition only, on supported devices and installed languages. Voice is a Complete feature. Your audio is not retained by KeepWhy.

Who makes KeepWhy?

KeepWhy is a product of sydacos GmbH, the company behind the app. Company and contact details are in the legal notice.

KEEP LESS. MEAN IT.

That thing you saved?
Give it a real moment.
